Cleaning supplies
For guests who prefer to clean by themselves rather than use our house cleaner, there are a variety of cleaning supplies on hand: disposable paper towels, disposable gloves, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant wipes or spray, anti-bacterial hand sanitizer, and extra hand soap.
Collect rent online
Prospective tenants can pay with our National Bank Dominica (NBD) Mobanking app. This mobile banking software ensures that you can easily pay rent online to NBD account 300003205 without delay or hidden fees. We also offer a free website based payment option for our tenants via the Marigot Cooperative Credit Union (MCCU). Tenants can make partial or block payments to AE Homes account (121144) at any of the four locations—Woodford Hill, Calibishie, Wesley, or Marigot.
